Thank you for your interest in participating in The Geek Gathering! All submitted proposals will be evaluated based on relevance, originality, and potential impact on our audience. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive event and welcome submissions from speakers of all backgrounds and perspectives.

In which language should you prepare your talk?

Talks and presentations should be prepared in English. However, feel free to switch to Croatian if the audience is comfortable with it.

What do you need to know when preparing your presentation?

If your talk gets approved, you’ll need to submit your presentation at least three weeks before the event.

Please note that all presentations will be run exclusively from our devices.

What expenses does The Geek Gathering cover for speakers?

The Geek Gathering covers accommodation expenses for all speakers who live outside of the Osijek (-1 night, from October 3th to October 4th).

In addition to accommodation expenses, The Geek Gathering will cover part of the travel expenses and provide food and drinks on the event days (welcome lunch, food coupons, and free drinks).
